The Contracting Authority Is Seeking To Establish A Single Party Framework For The Provision Of Eircode-Related, Address Matching And Geocoding Services. Requirements Will Include Access To A System To Match Addresses In The Republic Of Ireland With Eircodes, And Vice Versa. Services Include The Following General Areas: Web Plugin / Api For Auto Completion Of Addresses Including Matching Against The Ecad Database, Batch Geocoding Of Addresses (Ad Hoc – On Request) The Function Of The Web Browser
